Plan my whole party

Everyone’s coming over.Plan the whole thing at once.

One quick entry. We size the grill, the bar, the games, and the s’mores — then merge the shopping into a single list by aisle. One trip, not five.

How this works

  1. Step 1: Set the scene

Guests, occasion, what’s in play — once. Or send one link and let them RSVP with what they’re having.

  2. Step 2: We size everything

The grill, the bar, the games, the s’mores — every tool you picked, sized in one pass.

  3. Step 3: Shop it once

It all merges into one list by aisle. The cooler’s ice and the bar’s ice? One line. One trip.

✋ No headcount needed — your guests fill that in when they RSVP.

What’s the plan?

Toggle off anything you’re not offering — your guests pick from the rest when they RSVP.

How hot will it be?

What you’re offering

Tap Customize to set up each tool. Your food & drink menus are what guests order from; games and the s’mores bar size themselves to whoever RSVPs. You’ll get a link to share once you create your event below.

Just a name + date and you’re set — everything else is optional.

Guests see “Sam’s hosting” — a named invite feels like an invite.
Shows under the title on every page — set the vibe.

Just the time everyone sees on the invite — no timezone math.
Potluck — ask guests to bring items

Potluck-style — list what you’d love help with; guests claim items, and anything claimed drops off your shopping list (“Sarah’s bringing the chips”).

Passcode lock

Off = anyone with the link can RSVP. On = only people you give the word to. Pop it in your invite (“passcode: SUMMER”).

Add an event name and you're set.

The rest of hosting, in order

A countdown checklist, pre-filled for this party — seating, ice, lights, the stuff people forget. Two weeks out to go-time, with the food math one tap away.

What does the party planner actually do?

Enter the basics once — guests, how long, the occasion, and what you’re doing. We size every tool you picked and merge the food & drink shopping into one list by aisle — one trip, not five. Open any tool to fine-tune.

Why is the ice just one number?

Because the cooler and the bar both need it, and you buy it once. With both the cookout and drinks tools on, their ice, water, and cups add up into one line — that’s the point of planning it all in one place.

Can I still tweak each tool?

Yes. Tap Customize on any tool to adjust it right here — no re-entering, and you won’t lose your other picks. The charcuterie board uses its own builder — set your guest count there.

Can I save or share the plan?

Two ways. Collecting RSVPs? You get a shareable link to text or post — that’s your save, and your private dashboard keeps everything. Planning it yourself? Tap Email me the whole plan for one printable PDF (free, no account), or Save / copy my plan for a link that reopens your exact party.

The rest of the party, mathed.

Every tool is free — no accounts, no upsells, no fine print.
